1. Gooseberry/ amla (1/2 kg)
2. Dates / Kuhjoor (1 kg)
1. Boil amla in a steel pan in 6 glass of water.
2. Separate the seeds and mesh the plup.
3. After removing seed of dates boil them in the same water in which you boiled amla.
4. when dates become soft, mix it in amla plup and mesh them firmly.
5. Cook them again
